At the place agreed upon at the time of booking. If you have booked a pick-up from Malaga Airport, your driver will be waiting for you upon your arrival with a namecard, so you can easily recognise them.
If you wish to cancel your booking, or make any changes to the day, time or place of pick-up/drop-off you can do so through the contact form or by calling us at +34 637 18 80 55
We offer a door-to-door transfer service. This means that we will pick you up at the place indicated in your booking and take you directly to your destination without any stops or extra charges.
Of course! All you need to do is request this service in advance, and we will make sure that your vehicle is equipped with child seats.
The price shown on the booking form is always per vehicle (1-4 seats or 5-8 seats) regardless of the number of passengers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
You don’t need to worry. We always track your flight, so if it’s delayed beyond the scheduled landing time we can take this into account and arrive at the airport at the right time to pick you up.
When should I pay for my booking?
You should pay the driver directly once you arrive at your destination. You don’t need to make any prior payment, and you will be charged the price quoted at the time of booking – no extras or hidden charges. Remember, you can pay by card or cash.
